Website and WhatsApp buttons send an availability request; they do not create an instant confirmed appointment.
Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed only after the Herboria TCM team confirms the service, duration, final price, date, and time with you.
Website payment
The current website does not process service or package payment. Do not treat a website click as proof of payment or package purchase.
